All North America and Asia-Pacific deals this week depart from London Heathrow (LHR). For US routes, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, American Airlines, and United all operate direct services from Terminal 3 or Terminal 5 at Heathrow. JetBlue also serves Heathrow with their Mint and core Economy services. Air Canada flies to Toronto from Heathrow Terminal 2.
